Your responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry, customer account monitoring and payment follow-up.
• Prepare supplier payments for approval.
• Review and process employee expense reports.
• Support payroll preparation by collecting variable payroll data, performing pre-payroll consistency checks and coordinating with the HR team.
• Assist with treasury activities and the preparation of French tax declarations (including VAT).
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Finance team, including managing the accounting mailbox and maintaining digital records.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field, or relevant professional experience.
• Initial experience in accounting, payroll support or finance administration (including apprenticeships).
• Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• High level of integrity and confidentiality when handling financial and employee information.
• Fluent in French and able to communicate effectively in English, both written and spoken, in an international business environment.
