Job Purpose
Nexway is a global e-commerce provider with French origins and an eleven-year history. The company is actively developing its modern technological platform and is looking for open and proactive people to join its team in Nîmes.
Principal Accountabilities / Critical tasks
Ensure the satisfaction of our B2B customers by:
- Configuring the solution on their behalf (managing the product catalog, setting up promotional activities, creating shopping carts, etc.) and ensuring that the solution runs smoothly (which requires interaction with several teams and the use of several tools).
- Responding to their requests and handling them according to their priority level and key deadlines. Following up on them and coordinating resolution with internal teams.
- Participating in regular meetings with customers to monitor the progress of requests and projects.
- Participating in demonstrations to help customers use the solution.

Qualification Requirements
Education
- From Bac +2 to Bac+3 level
Knowledge, skills and abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in tools: Office suite / Google Workspace (Drive, GSheet, GDoc, etc.)
- Knowledge of internet technologies such as HTTP, SSL, HTML, CSS is a plus
- Basics of project management
- Autonomous with the IT environment
- Organized, with a strong ability to synthesize and analytical skills
- Understanding of vertical specifics (software, games, e-commerce, tech) is appreciated
Language
- Advanced level in French and English (oral and written) + other languages are a plus
