USA We are looking for a Payment & Fraud Analyst to join our team and contribute to the monitoring, analysis and improvement of our payment and fraud-related activities.
You will play a key role in analyzing payment performance, monitoring transactions and incidents, and managing operational relationships with our payment service providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze payment performance, including success rates, declines, volumes and costs
  • Analyze payment flows and identify anomalies and areas for improvement
  • Check the consistency of payment statuses between our internal systems and payment service providers
  • Support payment reconciliation and transaction monitoring
  • Identify and follow up on payment incidents and contribute to their resolution
  • Provide operational support on payment-related issues
  • Manage day-to-day operational exchanges with payment service providers
  • Monitor payment and fraud rules and contribute to their evolution
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Customer Service, Commerce and IT/Data
  • Contribute to process improvements and the documentation of best practices

About You

  • Higher education degree in Business, Economics, Data or a related field
  • Previous experience in payments, fraud, data analysis or a similar environment is a plus
  • Good knowledge of Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Rigorous, organized and detail-oriented
  • Autonomous and comfortable working with different stakeholders
  • Fluent in French and advanced English
  • Strong interest in payments, fraud and data analysis

FranceNous recherchons un(e) Payment & Fraud Analyst pour rejoindre nos équipes et contribuer au suivi, à l’analyse et à l’amélioration de nos activités liées aux paiements et à la fraude.Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’analyse des performances des paiements, le suivi des transactions et des incidents, ainsi que dans la relation avec nos prestataires de paiement.

Vos missions

  • Suivre et analyser les performances des paiements : taux de réussite, refus, volumes et coûts
  • Analyser les flux de paiement et identifier les anomalies et axes d’amélioration
  • Contrôler la cohérence des statuts de paiement entre nos systèmes et ceux de nos prestataires
  • Participer au rapprochement et au suivi des transactions
  • Identifier et suivre les incidents de paiement et contribuer à leur résolution
  • Apporter un support opérationnel sur les problématiques liées aux paiements
  • Assurer le suivi des échanges avec les prestataires de paiement
  • Participer au suivi et à l’évolution des règles liées aux paiements et à la fraude
  • Collaborer avec les équipes internes, notamment Service Client, Commerce et IT/Data
  • Contribuer à l’amélioration des processus et à la documentation des bonnes pratiques

Votre profil

  • Formation supérieure en Gestion, Économie, Data ou domaine similaire
  • Une première expérience en paiement, fraude, analyse de données ou dans un environnement similaire est appréciée
  • Bonne maîtrise d’Excel
  • Bonnes capacités d’analyse et de résolution de problèmes
  • Rigueur, organisation et sens du détail
  • Autonomie et capacité à travailler avec différents interlocuteurs
  • Français courant et anglais professionnel/avancé
  • Intérêt pour les sujets liés aux paiements, à la fraude et à l’analyse
